We all have moments when emotions take over — an outburst of anger, sudden sadness, or overwhelming stress. In those moments, it can feel like you’ve lost yourself.
A yogi doesn’t stay trapped in the storm of emotions. A yogi knows how to come back to center. With the breath as your tool, you can shift from reaction to calm in just a few minutes.
This is about learning how to reset yourself when emotions take over, so you can return to balance quickly and meet life from a place of strength and peace. Without reacting.
