SUPER SALE Policy

• Our Summer Solstice event is scheduled for June 13 to 21, 2025. As the date approaches, we'll provide you with further details on the schedule, necessary items to bring, preparation tips, and payment instructions for the remaining event fee balance. 
• You'll receive a link to complete the official Summer Solstice 2025 registration form once it's released. Please note this is mandatory.
• If you have any questions, please reach out to us at registration@3ho.org. We're excited to see you at the event!
• Your non-refundable deposit secures your spot at the lowest price available, with the remaining balance due by June 13, 2025.

Summer Solstice Sales and Refund Policy:

• Refunds requested before May 31 for Summer Solstice or November 30 for Winter Solstice: If you wish to cancel your registration before the proposed dates above for either event, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply. You also have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else to attend the Solstice you registered for. Refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@3ho.org before the proposed dates above.
• Transfers between June 1 to Day 1 of Summer Solstice: No refunds will be issued from June 1 for Summer Solstice, but your payment may be transferred to someone else to attend the Solstice event you paid for. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@3ho.org.
• Transfers between December 1 to Day 1 of Winter Solstice: No refunds will be issued from December 1, but your payment may be transferred to someone else to attend the Solstice event you paid for. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@3ho.org.
• Refund or Transfer policy from Day 1 of the Solstice Event: Starting from the first day of the event, no refunds or transfers will be permitted. 
• By registering for either Solstice, you agree to these terms.
